There was Dead air for the first 30 seconds, finally after saying hello many times. I asked anyone there & Don't call my phone if your not going to say anything. This lady finally & rudely & very mean tone in her voice. She didn't leave me with information for what the call was. What a RUDE b_ t ch.

It is not Suddenlink, but rather CDI which is a collection agency.

Dead air when you answer. If it goes to voicemail, it is 6 seconds of silence. Calls several days in a row often.

I assume they are robocalling to find out of service contact phone numbers for their existing customers.
