Identified as "Card Services" and wanted to lower my credit card rates but could not tell me which bank or credit cards they represented. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my from their call list. There have been multiple other calls but I did not write down the dates/times.

Lowered interest rates, pretending to be MY credit card company, but is not. I have been receiving on average, 2 calls per day from "Member Card Holder Services" despite my # being on the Do-Not-Call registry. When I try to speak directly to them to remove my number, they hang up.
