It is my opinion that this is a scam. The customer service reps are rude and hang up on me when I ask to have my number removed from their data files. We need to notify the Secretary of State for each individual state these calls come from. By the way, we are on the "Do Not Call" list for all our phones.

The recording said this was the second and final notice regarding my credit card account. Pressed 1 to talk to a live representitive and a female answered. She asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate to which I asked what her name was and she replied it was Sherry. Asked her what company she was with and she stated it was Card Member Services. I thanked for the information and advised her that I was filing a complaint with the FCC to which she said her name was not Sherry and she knew what I was doing and that she was smarter than me. She then hung up. Something needs to be done about these illegal calls as obviously they are ignoring the do not call lists. Appreciate any help in stopping these nuisance calls.

Lowering ing my credit card rate. Company rep told me they were based in Tampa Florida, and their company name is "Card Services" and can be found on the bottom of my credit card bill. Numerious calls, have selected "3" to be removed from calling list numerious times. They keep calling. Asked the live operator (after pressing "1") to be removed from calling list -- He said "absolutly -- B Y E" and hung up. Their number is 253-382-9909

Credit card review for potentially lowering interest rate. Recording said this was a second notice regarding important information related to my credit card account and to press 1 to talk to a live representitive. Pressed 1 and a live person answered identifying himself as Tommy Morris with Financial Services located in Memphis, Tn with other offices in other locations. Asked why he called and he said I had been selected for a finacial review. He hung up on me when I thanked him for the information that I was going to forward as a FCC complaint. Please help stop unsolicited telemarketing calls as they are obviosly ignoring the do not call list. I am considering dropping my land base lines if the nuisance calls continue.

This is a company soliciting lower rates for credit cards; which I don't have. This same company has called me for the past 3 years, from different numbers and I have complained to the FCC no less that 15 times!
