This phone number called twice (so far) today, three hours apart. 9:22AM and 12:28PM. I called the number after the second call and was greeted by an automated voice recording, "This is Bank Card Services..." and a message that I could make a payment... I hanged up before the message was completed. This is probably a collection attempt from the previous owner of this new mobile phone number that I just received when I switched to a new carrier; or it could be a scam since a quick online search tells me that bankcardservices phone# is 866 341-5195.
