The people on the other end of this line are not very kind! They are "Abusive" and "Threatening"

The people on the other end of this phone number are very threatening and very harassing and very dangerous to the well being of other people who they call! They are not to be concerned as responsible individuals for other people's welfare! They are also disrespectful and irresponsible! But most of all, they are dangerous!

Very harassing and threatening and intimidating and unworkable under the Americans With Disabilities Act, Title 42, United States Code, Section 12101 et seq., Chapter 126, with disabled people!!!! Customer service is not even friendly with people most times! And, dispatch does not work with the disabled and elderly when it comes to making reasonable accommodations of rescheduling a ride, or scheduling a ride in emergency situations -- which sense they are State and federally funded -- they're required to obey all federal and state laws, and make "Reasonable Accommodations" not only under the Americans with Disabilities Act, as specified above, but also according to the 1973 Rebuilt Act, and Title VII of The 1964 Civil Rights Act, as Revised, which also includes the Americans With Disabilities Act 1990 and the 1973 Rehabilitation Act, but also protects the disabled against discrimination under the individual Class of "Disability". In addition, if you request something from them or anyone else because of your "Dissability" or "Age" because of elderly, it also is covered under The Matthew Shepard And James Byrd Hate Crime Prevention Act. And, you do not even have to be engaged in a federally protected activity for it to be a hate crime!
