Just called my cell number. We don't answer calls with unfamiliar numbers. No message left.

They call from a different number every couple days and I block the number and I'm on the Do Not Call list but they are still trying to scam

So, I have been answering and setting up appointments using the address of my local congressman and alternately governor of my state.
Enough people do this, then the legislature will crack down on them finally.
