I don't even have a loan from them or neither financed a car. They need to stop calling me they are driving me nuts.

I get calls from 3 different numbers from this co about a car i sold. When i explain they just say well we show you are still on loan and need to pay us! They started calling on day after payment was due even though we had a twenty day payoff...they kept saying they did not care! I was late and needed to pay right away!I quit answering my phone!

I do not have a loan with them and they call me all the time sometimes as early as 7 am. Does anyone know the law on calling hours?

Even if you received a Letter from Credit Acceptance, that your Due Date is xxx, you still have time to get that payment in to them by the Due Date, if not then you would be in Default. Credit Acceptance try and forced you to paid right then. Then they threaten to cut-off your car. My Lawyer said if they cut-off my car before the Default Date he will file a Lawsuit against them so fast. I will never use Credit Acceptance Again nor will any family member.

Call me all day, every day. I do not have a loan with them. They are driving me crazy. How do I get them to stop? I have told them to leave me alone and then they get rude! I have filed a complaint with the FCC - of course, that is a government entity that supports harrasment so they are no help. I am going to try an airhorn the next time.

They called asking for a name, I identified myself and she wanted me to make a payment on a Chevy Blazer. I informed her that I never owned a Chevy Blazer, she than asked if my father could be the one she is looking for. I informed her that my father has never liked Chevy and no he has never owned a Blazer. She stated that I was wrong and than she hung up. I do own a Chevy Lumia but I have the title for my car.
