Trying to lower intrest rates

The phone call consisted of a recording about reducing credit card debt. Then a live person gets on the line. They are trying to get my account numbers. When I ask a question they hang up. I tried to call back and I get a mail box that is full. Some times I get a number on my caller ID and other times I get unknown number. This is the 2ND time I am reporting them. They call me a few times a month. Please do something before they ruin someones credit.
