This number will call me everyday! Why do we have a do not call list if this still occurs?

I get one of these a day. Varying numbers and states. Spoof call. Pretty sure these asshats aren't in Canada.

This numbered called 11/17/15, 9:14am Mtn. Standard Time, to my UNlisted, Unpublished, NDC-enrolled cell phone number. I was expecting a call from a company, so I did answer but I SAID nothing, not even "hello". Calling party also said NOTHING but I heard 'phone bank' sweatshop sounds in the background. Caller hung up after a very few seconds during which I still had said nothing. Google search indicates this is yet another 'Canadian Pharmacy' phone spam call.

Called today. didn't answer as didn't recognize number. Governments seem to have no interest in stopping these people. So, next time your phone rings, look at the number. If not recognized, don't answer it.

Same as below - they continue to call using different numbers and never leaving a message. How irritating, but what can be done about it? Hang in there!!

Yes, damned Canadian Pharmacy - they keep spoofing new numbers, I keep adding them to the blocked / silent ringtone list, but after many years, it gets old. I will be happy when the government or telcom industry figures out how to make it stop.

just called on my cell. i have a dumb phone, and so am not sure how to block calls.
