The caller, John, wanted to schedule an appointment to install the medical alarm system he said we ordered. We ordered no such system, which I adamantly told him, but he wouldn't stop talking. He talked over everything I attempted to say. I told him I wasn't interested in his scam, to remove this number from his calling list, and hung up on him.

The man said he was calling from the shipping department and needed information to mail out my new life alert! He stated he needed information to allow them to ship.

"John," claimed to be from "Emergency Medical Equipment," said he was calling to schedule delivery of my medical equipment like the "I've fallen and can't get up" system. I tried to tell him I did NOT order any such equipment, but he continued to talk over me. I heard him say something about "medical professionals" but he kept ignoring my statement that I did NOT order any medical equipment, so I just hung up.
