This number calls 4-5 times a day. After asking for my wife or I, and telling them neither of us is available, they hang up on us

Caller ID always says LCN they call our business multiple times a day and never say a word when you answer. I've stopped answering because it happens so much but I just called the number back after reading about other people's experiences and a girl stuttered on the other end, "uh I'd like to speak to (business owner's name). I didn't say anything and hung up because that seemed fair. Highly obnoxious and Idk what they want since they never speak.
