This is a collection agency. The person that will answer this direct call number is a nice person. He explains things well, and give you the time to explain your side of the story. if you have a valid issue he will even go to bat for you. I have never delt with a bill collector of this nature. He got my bill cut in half and worked with me on a payment arrangement.
