This party called me and I do believe is a telemarketing company but when I called the number back it does not exist so they're using a spoof number so it's spam but I have no idea that's why I'm recording it

Yes this came up on my caller ID:Obama Care Telemarketing...they leave a message with just a sound or voice with a QUICK hangup.
