Man left a message saying he was Amerihealth and that he spoke with a relative of mine. The scam artist said he wants me to call him back and give him my information pertaining to my health care account. I could tell by the sound of his voice this was a scam. Person sounded slightly nervous and unsure of who he was calling. He does not work for Amerihealth. Don't give information to them, they will steal your money

ATTEMPTED IDENTITY THEFT
Unsolicited call saying they're from Connecticare. They had my name and the name of my dependent on the health plan, and asked for my dependent's number. They say they are performing a healthcare survey for providing us with transportation to the hospital. They ask for personally identifying information, including date of birth and mailing address. With this information they could partially spoof a billing invoice from the insurance carrier or other "critical communication" to phish for more info.
