Alex called my business asking for me. Asked for my cell number. Said he had it but his phone fell in the water while fishing with his son. Would not provide further info on the reason for the call or how he knew me.
Call from Alex, asked for owner by name, said he lost his phone with contact info. Acted like he knew the owner. Wanted owners cell phone.
Alex from Fort Knox called looking for my boss. Tried to act like he knew him. Since I screen bosses calls Alex could not get through with out answering my questions. I finally had to hang up on him.
Nicki called, saying my boss (first name only) knew her because they had spoken before and since he was busy she left just her name and number to call her back when he was free. Boss does not know her and says they have not spoken before. Would not leave any further info on her call.
This is a sales call for some kind of security service. If you don't answer and then call back, they answer, "Hello, this is Fort Knox, can I help you?"
