Called my cellphone 4 times, answered every call. On 3 of the calls, there was silence after I said hello. One call, I heard a click then a busy signal.
Spam / scam call from spoofed number to mobile phone on the Do-Not-Call list. Blocked. Report these scumbags to the FCC if you get called.

Left a VoiceMsg to call "Charles" it's "Open Enrollment time" for Health Insurance. However, the phone # (and Area Code) was from a different one than the one he was identified as calling from: (647) 797-3652
