I get calls from this number constantly never leaving a message. I have this number blocked but some how it still gets a call through

I look up # on intelius and it gave a persons name by Jan Orellana that lives in California, but when I called it, it said to enter your voicemail # then I rechecked number and it says coming from Florida

A voice message stating they are from HealthNet with important information but last week I answered a similar phone # & it was a collection agency wanting me to verify my ID info!!! Don't answer because they will call non stop.

They keep calling my number and

wanting money and I don't know these people they want leave a name and I know it's a scammer

They called at 11:00 Palin

I have tried to block this number numerous times , and they still keep managing to call, very rude repeated calls , all hours of the day , I want this number permanently blocked, I don't understand how they are getting through

This caller repeatedly calls, at time the caller uses a different area code. Seem that whom ever it is that person (s) enjoys playing games with people.
