I just had these outgoing calls appearantly made by my phone about twice a week. Looks like I've called this unknown number more than 30 times, and don't remember ever calling this number. I searched it and ended up here. Then I searched more after being scared due to the comments. Well, it appears that this is my voicemail. Looks like I call it when a notification appears in my notifications drop menu. I have never received a call from this number to my phone. But I suppose if it ever calls me, I'll take the advice on this thread and not answer. Thanks everyone.
Rude, hang up when you ask who they are

Why would voicemail call you. This was on another page. Makes more sense. I hope this message reaches everyone. The 813-382-3347 calls is a virus that locks itself to your phone's harddrive. It then plants an app that mirrors your phone or calling icon. Once you call this number, you have activated full permission rights to access ever aspect of your phone, to include your email, banking, and other apps downloaded. Pay attention to apps such as WhatsApp, Viber, Voxer, etc. The person behind this terrible deed will try to get you to text them back in order to access your harddrive. How do I know this...it happened to me until I figured that force stopping the app might give me some in between time to tracing the owner. If you force stop the app...it will stop all activity in relation to the app only, not your downloads or manufacturer apps. Good luck.
