Calls at all hours of the day about lowering credit card interest, uses many similar numbers to circumvent call-blocking. No doubt its a scammer.

Claims credit card rates have been lower and they can help lower your credit cards interest. I really do not think Accounts Receivables is the real name Craig gave. I think it is a sham, legit representatives from reputable companies would have not disconnected for asking a legit question. I have file a complaint on the DO NOT CALL LIST before but this is the first time I have seen this form. I hope I am at the right place this time.
