"Credit Card Services" to lower your interest rate. They do not state a company name, and hang up when you ask them. Please note that they call DAILY despite repeated requests to stop. It starts with a recording and then you hit a number to get a live person.

Reduce credit card payments through enrollment in the services being offered.Credit Card Services calls continually even though I have told them not to call. The phone numbers used are constantly changed but there never is any business ID shown on my caller ID.
