They wanted to lower my credit card to 6.9% even though I have no credit card.

They pretend that they are your current credit card company (such a scam), and then they say they can lower your iterest rate! I feel very sorry for the elderly, as they can easily be scammed into thinking this is their current card.

Rachel with card services, wants to lower my credit card interest rate.

Have received phone calls from a different number but still our lovely Rachel at card services. I pressed 3 as the instructions said to discontinue further calls and they still terrorize my household.

They pretend to be "cardholder services" for a current credit card account, offering high interest rates and when I ask them what account I have they hang up. When I call back, the numbers seem fake. This occurs sometimes 3x a day, sometimes every day, sometimes with a week imbetween calls.
