Called asking to confirm name , telling me last 4 digits of social and even part of DOB! Obviously they are getting part of information from some other sources and phishing to see how many people they can get to fall for their threats! Tell them to send Midwest Recovery Claim by mail and that your lawyer will contact them for settlement! They hang up immediately!
