This is a robocall from a machine scouring to sell subscriptions to the Tampa Bay Times. Undoubtedly a subcontractor. I called the number and got a recording regarding subscription sales from Tampa Bay Times subcontractor. They offer options to be removed from all calling lists (#3) or speak to a live representative (#9). Robocalls
