Scam calls relentlessly then goes to some over seas call center asking for your credit card number

same- but no answer just a lot of static

Called my cell and left no message. I called it back on my work line and it was a voice recognition machine who called itself "jennifer" and said something about holiday cruises. I told "jennifer" i had the wrong number, long silence then it said "okay" followed by another long silence, and I hung up.
