I want to add one more thing. Her English is not grammatically correct. So I asked her where she studied, because needs to learn correct English . Then she got upset and told be it is none of my business.She thinks CHEATING innocent hard working people is her BUSINESS and lives by that.

They say i have received govt grant that I had applied for and i Need to pay $1.92 for them to generate some confirmation number. And wait for another call from them to give this confirmation number back and then I will be eligible to receive the grant money. I do not know if I need to give them bank account number for them to deposit the Grant money. I have not applied for any Govt Grant last month as they say. They called at 1.25 pm on july 5th 2016. I think they are cheating people, initially $1.92 and may be later big amount thru bank accounts or even initially if people pay them with Debit card then their savings will be wiped out or if they give credit card, they may use that info to make big purchases on line or to make fake credit cards and steal money. The lady said her name is Kiarra William and her ID # 940406 and she works at US Financial Resources and she was reviewing my application and congratulated me on getting approved to receive the grant.
