Someone called showing private number and she said her name was Amanda Jennings from United Process Service Company and she asked for my husband. She gave me a phone number out of Tampa, FL with an affidavit number. The phone number was 813-863-1498. Upon calling it back, the woman asked who I was and if I knew my husband. I told her flat out that she was a collection agency and that we owe nothing. She got nasty when I told her I was going to report her to the local police department. It infuriated her that I refused to verify the first three digits of his social security number.

Yes i investigated on this company..they are not attorneys. I had my lawyer look into it they are special litigators who mediate between a person and a company trying to get us to pay the company money we owe from years ago. Some states have statues of limitation so i wouldnt have to pay them jokers anything. But some things they say aren't a scam because someone i know have been served with papers for an account with bank of america. Kinda fishy but scary

called me a Robert homas, claimed I was being sued for a debt ddn't have info gave me a case number, then would not explain but said I was being served and going to be prosacuted called on hold, then they wanted private info, had old address and said they had been trying to serve me papers, on a payday loan. funny I did not have a loan from years back
