Called me from Tampa, FL asking about an application for modeling and acting.

She recently just called me about two days ago. What is this for all I know is that it has to do with modeling and acting. I honestly have no idea how she knows my name and my sister's. The only reason I think she has my name is because I signed up for a Nickelodeon trip and at the bottom it said something about this. Can somebody give me details.

Called asking to speak to my 14-year-old child "or a parent". Found my child's picture through the high school. Several other parents/students have been contacted as well.

Told caller to remove us from calling list immediately, then I blocked their number.

I just got a call from this number asking to speak to the mother of some child, I told her she had the wrong number, since I do not have children. She then commenced to asking me if I live on a certain street, and asked started to ask if my phone number was, and before she could finish the question, she hung up.

The caller is a woman stating her name as "Carmen." She is a telemarketer attempting to sign girls for a modeling agency. 99% of these are rarely true. They usually charge a great deal of money for a portfolio that won't be used. If you truly wish to have a career in modeling, or acting, GET AN AGENT!
