I just received a call from this number from a David Marsh (heavy Indian or Pakistan accent) claiming he was with the Credit Bureau of Investigation. He called me on my job stating I owed Cash Advance Payday loan for non-payment. He said a warrant was being issued for my arrest today and they will pick me up from my job and I would eventually lose it (my job).
He told me not to interrupt him and the call was being recorded for the courts and to hold my questions unitl he finished. When I tried asking him any questions, he accused me of fraud and that it was against the law in the state of Georgia to receive any payday loans. I did have one last year, but it was for another company and it was paid in full, I have the proof. He told me if I didn't want to be arrested I had to go to a Walmart and pay for a money pack card, he would call me back in 30 mins to get the activation number, I was afraid and when he called back, a friend and my sister told me it didn't sound legit, I gave him an incorrect activation number. He told me to hold and he would call the court to have the warrant stopped, when he returned to the phone he stated the activation code was incorrect and I told him I was on the other line with the police and my lawyer, he was mad and begin to use foul language and threathened me stating, "I would be arrested tomorrow when I get to work." He still kept using foul language and I hung up the phone.

just recieved a call from this # approx 5 mins ago said the call was being recorded to the local sherriff's dept. told the jerk that I know all of the sherriffs and local police dept, plus the judges and attry's in town, and that if this was a true fact that I would have been told of this matter. He just stumbled in his act. I told him that if recieve any more calls like this that there would be a classaction lawsuit against him and any other jerk that was trying to extort money from me or any one else that calls. He won't tell you who it is for or what it is for. I'm getting really tired of this crap. can't any thing be done about this?

I received a call from this number and a woman with a very heavy Indian accent left me a message that I was being investigated by the "something" police and that myself or my attorney should call them back immediately. If not, she wished me good luck "as the situation unfolds on me", whatever that means. I called back and this time I spoke with a man with a heavy Indian accent. When I insisted to find out more details, he told me to call back in 15 minutes, because the officers were busy.

I sure hope the real police get them and put them away for a long time.Reply !
