It's a total scam, they claim to represent a payday loan company. I went to that company's website. CashAdvanceUSA.net and they advise of a SCAM ALERT which warns about these clowns. There is a link on their website that will let you report the scammers!

Know when they call me I just laugh and threaten back! It's great fun to poke back at these clowns.

an indian guy who will not give his name. stated that he is from the FBI and he is going subpoena me and have me arrested. He doesn't listen - he justs talks and talks...something about a lawsuit - called back and no one answers

Called and left a voicemail saying they have a lawsuit against me. They harass me and don't listen, they just go on and on. I'm tried having them call me.
