Today I recevied a call, now his name is Alex Jones from the Rob Schaffer Law Group. He tell me he is from Jacksonville FL and the # comes up the Commonwealth of PA. He names was Harry King from the Michael Sinclaire Law Group 2 weeks ago. The phones numbers are the same. He needs money on a greendot card or I will be arrested. I told him to send the police, it was fine. I was told there would be here at 8am. It is so nice for the police to make an appt beofre they areest you. What ever. I even called the police. This is a huge SCAM...DO NOT give any info. They told me I had to and I told them according the sheriff sitting in front of me I dont. And what bill collector says "God Bless You and Good Luck" before the hang up. What ever. Saying God Bless doesn't keep you from feeling like a thief.
Well I have received both the emails stated above and several harassing phone calls to the point where this man; NAME: Harry JING, proceed to bash me with inappropiate words. Calls 8x in a row. Of course the number doesn't come up on the caller ID, but is left in the message. The man is from some where in the middle east, india, etc that general area. That is the accent that I pick up. Being military and deployed in the middle east it's easy to detect them. I urge anyone that receives a call that by law they have to send you something in writing not through email, it has to be sent through USPS. Advise the of that. Don't give into them, DO NOT stay on the line with the more than a few seconds. I think they might actually get money if they have you on the line for than a 30 seconds. Hopefully, the FBI will do something about this man.
They r constantly harassing me. I wish they would stop.
I received an E-MAIL from someone WITH THIS PHONE NUMBER at the bottom of his name Michael Sinclair. It says I owe them $350 for a bogus Payday loan and that they will be debiting my bank account in a few days and that if I don't call them or dispute the email this gives them authorization to debit the money from my account. Email subject is: NOTICE OF OVERDUE BILL. It looks like it's from a government comapany, but it's not. The FROM ADDRESS IS: litigations01@gmail.com ; and the TO ADDRESS is NOT MY EMAIL ADDRESS. It's actually: americanrecoverygov@gmail.com ; The "GOV" is in front if the "@gmail". It's actually a gmail address. They send these to random address. Don't reply or they will then definitely have your email address and know it's real. THIS IS SPAM!!!!
I got an email with the subject: NOTICE OF AN OVERDUE BILL. The email address was FROM... litigations01@gmail.com AND IT WAS TO: americanrecoverygov@gmail.com. DON'T LET THE "GOV" IN THE EMAIL FOOL YOU. IT'S NOT A " .GOV" COMPANY. They put "GOV" in the email address BEFORE "@GMAIL". NOT TO MENTION IT'S "TO" the .gov address, yet it came in my inbox and not my Junk folder somehow. They said they were debiting my bank account on 4/20 because I owe them "a payday loan" of $350. Never in my life had a pay day loan. It said it was from a Michael Sinclair, Internet Recovery Specialist WITH THIS PHONE NUMBER 814-347-2003 as his number. And that if I don't call him or respond to the email, this is authorization to debit from my account. The email doesn't have my name or bank account on it. IT'S SPAM!!
