I got 2 of these IRS lawsuit messages too. Scam!
cannot be IRS, IRS never contact anyone by phone. I got 2 voice mails, 1st one with the similar message stated this is the last call, then i got another voice mail the next day and said the same thing. it's not to rid people off..
Caller: yes, stated it's was from IRS
Yes they called me and left a voicemail that the IRS is filing a lawsuit and to contact them immediately. I tried calling several times and no answer
