This number called to a relative in Philadelphia, but it is given as disconnected or changed. I found it as having been associated to either in Erie, PA (near Hamot Hospital) and to a person in Willoughby, Ohio by the last name of Gilman-but that person

Pennsylvania 1-814-866-3550. Didn't answer the call but, called the number back from my cell phone and it said that the number I called was disconnected or no longer in service. Very weird.
