The first time they called, they wanted to offer me a free massage or something. They claimed I was a former patient and they wanted me to come back. I never heard of them. I told her she was mistaken. She had personal info about me, like the type of health insurance I used (outdated info, not the new health insurance) and either my address or possibly my social security number. Either way, it freaked me out. She claimed I visited them the fall before and I asked them what doctor I saw. She mentioned a doctor I had never heard of before, and it felt like she was fishing for information. I asked her what it was that I supposedly had done. She had to ask her coworkers for information several times, which seemed even shadier. She claimed I had an MRI done, yet they were going to offer me a free massage? What type of services does this place supposedly offer? I told her I wasn't interested and to stop calling but they keep harassing me.

If you are another victim of continual harassing/nuisance phone calls from their aggressive telemarketing department, please do not hesitate to file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission. If you're phone line is on the "National Do-Not-Call Registry", and they call you, they can be punished by having to pay substantial fines.

Called my house at 7:25 pm identifying herself as "Gina" from Advanced Physicians Group. Stated my husband was asleep (he works 3rd shift) and could I take a message. She said "We'll call back later." I began to say he won't be home later and she hung up on me! If this is a legit company, shame on them!

I called back and got a voicemail for a Debbie something-or-other. Left a message to take the number off their calling list. We'll see how well that works!
