Advanced Physicians Group is a company has a terrible reputation for perpetuating fraud. They run a chain of factory style physical therapy clinics in the Chicagoland area. Advanced Physicians Group hires kids in high school to dress up in scrubs and perform the therapy on patients after receiving minimal on-the-job training while a low-salaried doctor directs traffic and the owners rake in millions by billing insurance companies. Advanced Physicians Group hires MD's that sign off of Medicare treatments they weren't even present for.
Every time they get flagged by a major health insurance carrier for improper billing practices, they simply register a new corporation with a slight permutation in their name "Advanced Physicians Physical Therapy", etc. to bypass detection of fraud.
On top of that, Advanced Physicians Group routinely violates labor laws by not paying overtime to their employees. If an employee works more than 40 hours a week, they take the extra hours and list it on the pay-stub as a "bonus" without paying time and a half as they are required to by law. Their employees don't speak up because they live in fear of the owners. It is a shame because the owners are wealthy and greedy beyond belief, yet they willfully engage in criminal activity to cheat their hard-working employees out of wages. Advanced Physicians Group is a criminal enterprise owned and operated by Dana Vallandigham-Carter and Richard Vallandigham... a belligerent sister and brother partnership of yet-to-be indited criminals based in Burr Ridge, Illinois that flagrantly violate the law at whim.
Their telemarketing machine still calls my house after my repeated requests that they stop.

Hi "Anonymous"...wow, is this another complaint about APG by the criminal network of medical imaging scammers that Dana and Richard helped Lisa Madigan bring down? You know, the group that was making all of those illegal kick backs to doctors to induce them to refer their patients for un-needed medical procedures? Hmm...this same text is posted anywhere on the web that APG is mentioned, and all the comments appear in January 2010...the same month MIDI LLC and Open Advanced MRI settled the massive lawsuit on their kickback scheme with the state..hmm. Gosh, I wonder who the fraudster really is?

Hey Dana, nice try, but your enemies are legion, you psycho fraudster. That post wasn't by Open MRI. Just because you are more proficient at covering your tracks and you haven't been convicted yet doesn't mean that you are not a criminal many times over. Are you going to tell me that you didn't have Steven Kidman,MD sign stacks of blank daily progress notes that you used to bill Medicare while he was out of town in San Fransisco? The IL DPR can easily compare the dates of service with the airline records. I think I'll give them a call. That's a federal crime. You won't be able to settle that one with cash.
If you go to prison, how is your bimbo boy toy husband going to afford to sit at one of your clinics and surf the Internet all day searching eBay for additions to his vast sneaker and gun collections?
