Illinois police, Are all Illinois police calling--me? ignored the caller id., figured it was a scam donation.

Called twice this morning 7/14/15 once at 7:49 am then 11:49 am both times the caller ID says Illinois state police. Each time the line was silent. Report this to your local dept through a non emergency line so that others aren't fooled by this...
