Hilly billy sounding man with a drawled out voice said Hello in a weird way and then just stayed on the line though no one answered and then sighed. Creep wanting to steal from people. Sociopath.
Called on 7/29, but no message. Caller ID said "Accatel." Probably blocked by my robocall-blocking app. Other sites report that this is one of the "Micosoft scam" numbers.
