This person keeps calling REPEATEDLY like more than twice a day I tried texting them to say they had the wrong number but I told me the number didn't exist..?

constant calls from them in the past 4 days, have told them to take me off the list, this is government issued phone from Safelink I have,, ---309--363---1626 the in board block is not able to function, so blocking isnt working. Its getting annoying to be on this list, i did a few days ago did answer the call but cut it off when they wanted confirmation to some information that I thought was not appropriate and killed the call, the second time the same call a few days later I had informed them not interested and take me off their lists and right now, again today I am still being called by them.
and I didnt answer the call at all.

Called my local police after getting 6 calls in a 2 day span from this service. It looks like they know its a VOIP number and can't do jack about it. I have been poking around and I think its based out of Chicago but that doesn't help any. The officer assured me the energy plans they are offering are a scam and to "just hang up until you are off the rotation". Yay.
