That I was involved in a Law Suit and case is in litigation, you need to call XXX XXX XXXX. They called my cell number. My cell as well as my home land line does not get answered unless they are in my contacts. I block on cell and block on land line. Still have to put up with the first rings. I also belong to the government OptOut but not helping much these days.

Same thing here - IRS bringing a law suit. Total scam people please understand the IRS goes out of its way to inform tax payers that they do not contact you by phone.
They are busy because I just got a call this morning, they pretty much stated that there is a law suit filed against me by the IRS and a warrant has been issued. Then I just hung up..
