Called and asked for the person who previously owned my phone number. I told him the person who owned this number moved out of state and I was contacted by several bill collectors on their behalf. Then, he immediately went into reading a script and then asked for a contribution for law enforcement officer and family issues. He could have apologized but he didn't. I might have probably given him a donation. I said no and continued to complain about the bill collectors that called me and he hung up. How rude to disturb me, not apologize and hang up on me. He's in my contact list now. His new contact name is Spam 036 and there’s a check in the box next to “blocked incoming calls.”
