One of those stupid legal scams "threatening arrest". Pathetic auto-voice recording full of poor English, and it either disconnects immediately, goes to dead air, or goes right to an automated voicemail recording if you call it back. Just a bunch of pathetic losers with nothing better to do and not enough intelligence to find a job and contribute to society.
