This person has called every day since 11/14/17 pretending to be calling about my Citicard account. I do not have a Citicard account. I blocked the other calls but that just sends them to VM.

I have a Citi Mastercard so when I read "This is Citi" I immediately logged into my account and checked to see if it is OK and not only is it not overdue, not in collections, but the Citi Customer Service said that this is NOT a real Citi Number and that yes, it is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!

When I tried to call it back, I ended up with 2 responses, the first is a computer picks up and a number is pushed and secondly it rings 2 or 3 times then goes to a busy signal.

But I digress... Citi Online Chat Customer Service told me that this is NOT Citi. Do not answer and do not give them information.

They call 3-5 times a day, every day.

credit card services. Making it sound like we need to call about our credit card. We do not have a Citi card or account. Have received up to 6 calls/day from this number over the past weeks, including early morning on Easter Sunday. We have never answered the phone. About 25% of the time they leave voicemail message. See additional number below.

This number is connected to an automated / prerecorded outbound message system. It is a third-party system collecting past-due amounts for Citicards and Citibank accounts.

it has nothing to do with citicards at all. its a scam to get personal information and credit card # if you are stupid enough to give it to them. call the # on the back of your citicard, it will tell you they are scammers.

It is CITI trying to collect. I too thought it was a scam and checked with CITI. I thought I only had one CITI card for COSTCO but had forgotten I also had an American Airlines Advantage CITI card I hardly ever use. This was the card that I owed $4.22 on which they were trying to collect.
