Called my phone several times; I don't answer calls from unfamiliar telephone numbers. In my way of thinking, whatever they want with me isn't important if they can't be bothered to leave a message.

They have called from multiple numbers. I finally picked up...robot call. They just keep asking for my card number. Scam call

This is in reference to my Sears acct. I recently opened and they have
already lost my p.o.box mailing address stating that my payment was past
due !!! I PAY ALL OF MY PAYMENTS ON TIME AND USUALLY MORE THAN
THE SET DUE PAYMENT ! When I asked to speak to a acct. manager they
would not let me and when I asked them to tell me what mail address they had on file
for me they would not tell me (for security reasons ??) They HAD BEEN sending statement
prior to the last one ! What is up with that ! SCAM !

No one ever says anything. 3 - 4 times a day then hangs up.

I work for CitiBank and this is a legitimate phone number for Citi Client First which is a division of the Collections department generally used for new accounts and can handle most all of the private label, non MC, Visa, or American Express cards, ie: The Home Depot, Office Depot, GoodYear etc. Continue to call the # on the back of your card, & ask if your account has been or is currently past due (even if just 1 day), or check to be sure no new accounts have been set up under your name or anyone associated with you or your phone #, ensure you have not been a victim of Identity Theft, as someone may have set up accounts using your SSN fraudulently. DO NOT JUST IGNORE!!! At the very least, pull the credit bureau's for all SSN's currently residing in the same household that is associated with the phone number being called, to make sure no new credit has been applied for or issued that you are unaware of. Don't be a victim!
