I have received four calls from this number in two days. I always let this go to voicemail since I don't know anyone in the 816 area code. Never a message, just repeat calls.

I just received a call from this number asking for my husband by name. I told them he was not available, but I'm his wife and could I help. Guy had a thick accent. He asked for my name. I asked who he was with. He said Citibank. A real credit card company would have identified themselves first, before asking for info.

It is a real number for Citi bank, but phone numbers can be spoofed.

They keep calling I already called my bank and they say it's a scam

I got this call twice at the exact same time with the exact same recording. "SCAM."
If this was legit, a formal letter as a correct form of documentation would have been mail to you. Your SS and IRS does not call when your in trouble if you know what I mean!

bogus call from Citi

Have been receiving calls everyday around the same time.
I have a call block. But its still annoying. I'm on the do not call list but
but so far negative results

FAKE! SCAM! The first few times it was a female voice that got angry each time she called and would question as to who they were. Another time a guy called and I called him out on how he sounded like he was on speaker phone or a cell phone and I refused to give him any information. After calling citi bank directly they said all accounts were fine and it was not them calling. These people sent me an email saying it was regarding some account ending some numbers that was not mine. TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFO! So now this afternoon another girl called with an attitude and I let her know I called citi directly and to stop calling me with this scam, and she claimed it wasn't a scam but it obviously it! Stupid assholes! ...do not give them any of your info! Wasted time and money calling *69 to look up their number online

calling me everyday. didn't answer and sometimes messages about "regarding your citi bank accounts.."

Len.they call here. Hang up. I don't recognize # so if no message it is not worthy of picking up the call.

I do not answer the phone when I do not recognize the number. This number 816-420-4632 has called me 4 times today How do I get rid of these calls. I get several a day from different numbers

I heard yesterday a cussed word they left on voice mail
which is unacceptable.

keeps calling and does not leave message on my cell phone. no one has this number. looked up the phone number and says it is Citi.
