they said I have a problem with computer. this is the second day in a row that they have called me.

This caller said that they were calling from Microsoft and that they noticed a problem with my computer over the last couple of days. She asked me to get in front of my computer to resolve the issue. I have no issues with my computer. As a matter of fact it is company issued laptop and if I had issues I would contact our IT department.
1. No one should be contacting you about issues with your computer unless you have solicited assistance. 2. Microsoft would not be monitoring errors on your computer. This is a scam. When she asked me for personal info I told her she was not legitimate and hung up.
