The message was a robotic voice that said:
"Hello,
We have been trying to reach you. This call is final notice from the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is *filling* a lawsuit against you. We meet on your attorney to return the call. The matter at the hand is extremely time sensitive and urgent. So call us immediately on 819-654-6760."

Yes they said IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and they wanted me or my lawyer to call them back at this number.
