They call 8 times a day for months and months now. I know this is spam...how do you get them to stop?

Get at least ten or more calls a day from this number. I happened to be working from home today and actually was able to answer it each time. Very strange, does not seem like a 'real' person on the other end but rather an intelligent IVR system whose responses were based on my response. Always a ten second delay after my questions on why they were calling so much and please stop, still continued to call five more times today. The last time they called, I hung up before I could hear the delayed reaction to my cursing at them lol

They called three times yesterday alone! We won't answer calls we do not recognize. They do not give up. Annoying!

this buttwipes have been calling 2-4 times everyday (even Sundays) for the past 4 months, I have done everything I know to stop these calls (being on the Do Not Call list is of consequence to these people). I have explained that I am on the list and they hang up quickly just to start all over the next day. I have blocked their number and even that is aggravating because the phone will ring 1 time before blocking the number; this seems to just piss them off because they have already called 5 times today. I am so frustrated and want to know what to do to put a stop to this!!!!!!

same lady calls every day!!!! wishing me a happy birthday wants to sell me medicare insurance. being on the Do Not Call List does not help.PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!

What are they getting from this?? they won't speak if you answer, so what are they doing? My first clue was MedBenifits shows up on my caller ID. (Notice that Benefits is misspelled. ugh)

I called the number and instructions say to press 5 if you would like to be on the do not call list. Let's hope it works!!!

IMO it's better not to respond at all. Responding, even with a key-press, lets the scum know that they have a "live" number.

After receiving about 8 calls, answered. They congratulated me on my upcoming birthday (the were about 9 months off the mark) and wanting to tell me about medicare B plans (I'm too young to qualify and this was clearly NOT a government entity). I told them on a "Do Not Call" list and not to call here again. Well they continued to call. After another more than 6 calls, I picked up the phone again and told them I had already told them not call me again and I am now reporting them. They hung up fast and have not again since (it's only been 2 days, so we'll see. I am filling out a complaint now).

have called 3-4x a DAY for two weeks now. I finally answered and they just hung up. then called again an hr later. Never leaves a message.

Keep getting calls from this number, never answer it. Any way to get rid of it other than blocking? Like a no-call list?

Keep a record on the date and time they call (don't answer, just log the calls). If you're not registered on the do not call list, you can do so on the link I gave you.

Rec'd two calls a day from this number at different times of the day. I answered once to tell them to stop calling, but they were to busy laughing in the background so I hung up. It shows the call comes from Texas. They don't leave a message. About ready to blow a whistle in their ear if they answer.
