Caller saying I had recent visited their site about a job and wanted personal information

You speak with a first level person who asks for your basic demographics. Then the caller asks if you wish to receive further education. Even if you tell them no, they transfer you to a level II caller who asks you about your interest in college even after you just said to the 1st level that you aren't interested. The level II I spoke to got miffed when I told her politely that I'm not interested. She hung up on me. This is all because I looked at a job-site that they are affiliated with.
