Do they call from numbers linked to various countries at all hours of day and night as well? Legally what can be done? They’ve been harassing me for months now. Everytime I block a number they call on another.

Didn't answer but recognized the (817) area code from previous calls from the low life scum bags known as Portfolio Recovery. They are pond scum. I don't owe them $ .01 but they continue to "harass" so I'm taking legal action to file for damages and their violation of FCRA guidelines
