on 08/24/12 a guy with a name Alex Rogers told me that he's a lawyer with an indian accent and i have to pay 1445 or o wiill go to jail, so i pay them 245 the same day and he told me to call them back this monday 27 for the confirmation number, when i called he told me that they are sending me back the 245 cause the court do not accept my payment and i need to pay the whole balance in 90 minutes or i go to jail so i got crazy and i get the whole money and i sent with those money pack them he told everything is ok call me back in one 1 hr so called back and he told me that the court dont wanna taake my payment and i need to pay more or i will go to jail tomorrow and morning so i told him that i will hired a crminial lawyer...after he keeps calling me now this is case is on my lawyer's hands...how u guys put an end to this scam?

Called and claimed to be an attorney and I was being sued. Because of a payday loan online I did. There is only one I did online. That one is in good standing.

Continue to call me at work threatening lawsuit, very hard to understand him. Informed him not to call me at work, uses different "English" name each time. Ex. Tom Wilson, George Johnson.

They called me stating that there was a lawsuit with my name and social security number and for my lawyer to call them back. I couldn't understand a word nor did the caller pronounce my name right. I started freaking out because I'm only 22, I don't need this. I looked up this number and I see I'm not the only one who gets these calls.
