Call said Radio Shack . They did ask for me by first name on my home phone. Def scam call. When I refused to turn on my computer and asked a number to call them back, I figured it was a scam, they hung up the phone.
Acted like I had a computer problem and offered to show me where the trouble was. A heavy foreign accent.

They called at 5:44 am - said it was Radio Shack. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
